This granola has just the right amount of sweetness and lots of peanut flavor. It also has just the right amount of clumping and is not break a tooth crunchy.

HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE GRANOLA
Homemade granola is easy to make at home. First, Peanut Butter is melted and combined with canola oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. That mixture is combined with rolled oats and chopped peanuts. The oat mixture is spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and is baked for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F. If you want to use quick oats for this recipe, I suggest only substituting up to half of the rolled oats with quick oats.WAYS TO EAT HOMEMADE GRANOLA

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Granola
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Granola is a delicious breakfast, snack, or dessert that is easy to make at home.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, canola oil, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Heat the mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth. Alternately, heat the mixture on the stovetop. Stir in the vanilla extract.
3. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, the peanut butter mixture, and the peanuts. Pour the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten it into an even layer.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, lightly stirring after 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Stir in the chocolate chips after the granola has completely cooled.
