INGREDIENTS
half a cantaloupe
4 ounces thin-sliced prosciutto
balsamic glaze
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Scoop the seeds from the half cantaloupe, slice into six wedges, then cut off the rind. Cut the wedges into bite-sized chunks (about five per wedge).
2. Cut the prosciutto slices lengthwise into three strips.
3. Wrap each piece of cantaloupe with a strip of prosciutto and secure with a toothpick.
4. Drizzle the prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
