This Creamy Horseradish Sauce is the best topper for steak, pork, and chicken! It's the perfect combination of cool Greek yogurt and zippy horseradish.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), prepared horseradish, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

If you use whole Greek yogurt as opposed to fat-free yogurt or sour cream, the sauce may have a slightly thicker texture. If it is too thick for you, use a splash of milk to thin the sauce to your desired consistency.
