Sweet potatoes prepared in the instant pot are fluffy and perfectly cooked in way less time than it takes to cook them in the oven!

INGREDIENTS
4-6 sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the water to the instant pot and insert the trivet. Arrange the sweet potatoes on the trivet.
2. Place the lid onto your instant pot and turn the steam valve to the sealing position.
3. Select the manual/pressure cook high-pressure setting and set the time to 18 minutes. After 10 seconds the display will say On. Once the instant pot is pressurized, the float valve will rise and the cook timer will begin counting down.
3. At the end of the 18 minutes, the instant pot will begin to natural release the steam. Let instant the instant pot natural release for 5 minutes (the display will count the minutes).
4. Carefully turn the steam release valve to the venting position. When the float valve drops, open the instant pot and carefully remove the sweet potatoes.
NOTES
The skin of the sweet potato may split during cooking.
