This egg salad recipe is simple and delicious, made with just three ingredients. It's a great base recipe that you can customize to suit your taste or enjoy as is. I like a plain Jane (but totally yummy) egg salad, so no add-ins are required in my book. Just a little salad and pepper and I'm good to go!

Easiest Ever Egg Salad
This simple, basic, 3-ingredient egg salad recipe is super easy to make and perfect for brunch!
prep time: cook time: total time: 5 MIN
INGREDIENTS
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, combine the hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
NOTES
Chop your eggs into small pieces or leave in big chunks. Both work!
Mix things up with different kinds of mustard! Try spicy brown, dijon, or yellow mustard.
