You heard that right, Alfredo Sauce made with cauliflower! It was so creamy, rich, and delicious but with half the fat and calories in traditional Alfredo Sauce. It's almost too good to be true. I assure you, though, this new sauce is the real deal! It's PERFECT for a luscious baked alfredo casserole.
This dish is a twist on classic baked macaroni and cheese and my family really enjoyed it. It is full of melty mozzarella cheese and gets its richness from the ricotta and that amazing Creamy Alfredo Sauce with Cauliflower and Milk.
