Brownie Batter Overnight Oats
Brownie Batter Overnight Oats are a rich, chocolaty, decadent breakfast that could pass as a dessert!
prep time: cook time: total time: 5 HOURS 5 MIN
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours.
2. Remove from the refrigerator in the morning, stir, and serve cold or warmed up. (If served warm, the chocolate chips will melt and make the oats extra chocolaty!)
