Now, I'm sure you may think I'm being a little dramatic, but there's just so much to love about this cheesy, rich, delicious casserole. I'm totally in love with it, but you won't really get it until you try it. You are going to want to give this one a go, friends! You won't regret it.
I think that one thing that is important to note about this recipe is that it is so easy to make. It's so simple to make that I think I might even be able to prepare it blindfolded.
Using frozen hash brown potatoes is the shortcut of all shortcuts for potato based breakfast casseroles. If you haven't tried it yet, now is the time to get on that because it will change the way you look at breakfast prep! Promise!
All you need to do is mix all of the ingredients up in a big bowl, dump them into a casserole dish and bake. So darn easy. Buttery, cheesy, rich, and easy! This casserole is similar to the famous Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole, so if you love that, you'll love this.

Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole
This Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole is the easiest to make, most delicious hash brown casserole recipe ever! Perfect for potlucks, brunch parties, or Sunday morning breakfast, this hash brown casserole always disappears.

INGREDIENTS
1 (2 pound) package frozen hash browns, thawed
1 stick of butter, melted
1/2 cup onion, minced
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the hash browns, melted butter, onions, sour cream, soup, and half of the cheese.
3. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
4. Bake for 45 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
