Popsicles are one of my favorite treats to make for the kids. Making popsicles requires very little effort and the kiddos think they are getting something super special when I pull them out of the freezer. What I love about that is, while they are thinking they are getting dessert, I know that the popsicles I make are usually filled with all kinds of good things like fresh fruit and yogurt. Win!
These pops feature my girl's favorite...peaches! I paired the fresh peaches with my fave Greek yogurt. I always buy the whole milk 10% milkfat plain yogurt and I am seriously obsessed with it. I buy the big tub and use it for everything! It's perfect with granola and honey, salt and pepper as a dip, or as a simple sour cream substitute. Since it has no sweetener, I added a bit of powdered sugar to the mix to give the pops just the right flavor.
They came out super creamy thanks to the yogurt and perfectly sweet thanks to the peaches and sugar. Blend, freeze, eat, enjoy!
