I am in love with greek yogurt. It's thick and creamy texture makes it perfect for so much more than just eating with a spoon. I like to blend it into smoothies, like this Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Smoothie and Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie.
Greek yogurt is also great for making salad dressing! It helps lighten up creamy salad dressings, which I love. They're usually pretty heavy on calories, but with the greek yogurt, you get way less fat. I've used it as a base for Ranch Dressing and Avocado Cilantro Dressing. So delicious.
Then there's my favorite way to eat greek yogurt. As a dip! I've made a Greek Yogurt Feta Dip which combines sharp feta and earthy garlic. So good for dipping vegetables and chips. I also like to simply sprinkle kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper on plain greek yogurt and dip chips.
This dip is for when you have a sweet craving, but are looking for something a little healthier than a super sugary dip. The peanut butter flavor is the perfect pair for fresh fruit like apples and bananas. Yum!
